07 2010 KooLTURE releases Irónico as a free promo single

Some months have passed sin the release of Uncovered, the debut album by KooLTURE, the electropop project of singer and producer José Tramontini from Argentina, and it is time for a new release: this time it's the maxi single for "Irónico", one of the two songs in Spanish included in the CD.

As a reward for his fans loyalty KooLTURE decided to put the single as a free download, for everyone to have. The single is not merely the album version with a new cover, it contains 6 tracks including remixes by the prestigious producers and remixers Sgoliat and Ladies On Mars, and a version of "Chicas Latinas", one of the band's early hits.

To complete the package the band shot an elaborated music video that will be premiered on national TV on the CM channel from Argentina (also available in other Latin American countries). In a few days the video will be airplayed by other music channels. The shooting also included a sexy photo session.

For those who asked for it, KooLTURE is back, and whether in Spanish or singing in English, he brings the coolest, catchier electropop this side of the continent.

07/ 2010 KooLTURE lanza Irónico como single de descarga gratuita

Pasaron algunos meses desde el lanzamiento de Uncovered, el álbum debut de KooLTURE, el proyecto electropop de José Tramontini, y ya era tiempo de un nuevo lanzamiento. Esta vez es el maxi single de "Irónico", uno de los dos temas en español incluidos en el CD.

Como agradecimiento a la lealtad de sus fans, KooLTURE decidió colocar por un tiempo el single como de descarga gratuita para que todos puedan acceder a su música. El single no es simplemente la versión del álbum, sino que contiene 6 tracks, incluyendo remixes por los galardonados productores y remixers Sgoliat y Ladies On Mars y una versión de uno de los tempranos éxitos de la banda, "Chicas Latinas".

Para hacer el paquete más completo la banda rodó un elaborado videoclip que será estrenado en exclusivo para Latinoamérica en el canal musical CM el 26 de julio de 2010. El video estará rodando en otros canales a la brevedad. El rodaje del video se complementó con una sesión de fotos muy sexy.

Para todos aquellos que lo pidieron, KooLTURE está de regreso, ya sea en inglés o en español nos trae el electropop de buen gusto más pegadizo de esta parte del continente.

New release: KooLTURE - Uncovered

The wait for KooLTURE's debut album is finally over. Available in CD and as a digital download.

Eternal Sunday presents Uncovered, the first album by KooLTURE, the project of producer, singer and songwriter José Tramontini. KooLTURE has made a name for himself in the international electropop underground scene, as a result of releasing high quality digital singles and EP's, catchy and dance oriented. KooLTURE has fans all over the world (his MySpace profile has more that 25,000 friends) and these fans demanded to hear KooLTURE's first long play album. The wait is over.

Uncovered is just as it was expected: a brilliant piece, a collection of the finest catchy electropop (most lyrics in English, a couple in Spanish) perfect for dancing, having fun, think about and get touched by the lyrics. A pop kaleidoscope with retro and disco touches, a subtle gay aesthetic, intelligent lyrics, radio choruses, hidden remixes, a luxury packaging and lots of tiger skin.

The songs are instant hits that take us, among others, to the inhibited freshness of "Stupid SuperStar", the reflection about fans and fame of "Fanatic Boy", to the problems and the ecstasy of love of "A Look At Me", "Absolutely True" and "Like A Cat" which give way to the almost metaphysical considerations of the two songs in Spanish, "Irónico" and "Vuelo Fugaz". Fame, success, glamour, dance, nightlife, complicated human relationships, to love and to be loved, the meaning of life, all of KooLTURE's usual themes are present in these 12 tracks with memorable choruses.

The influences are there: Pet Shop Boys, Erasure, New Order, Madonna, 80's and 90's electropop, disco music, pop culture and a subtle gay touch apt for everyone.

The album was co produced by KooLTURE, Sgoliat, Diego Puerta y Sygma (renowned DJ and producer from Roma, Italia) and remixed by y Ladies On Mars (who also mastered the album) and the young PJ Rose. Several musicians appear as guests.
