04/ 2017 New release: Canal Pop feat. Polette – Moonlight Shadow (2017 Version)

Eternal Sunday releases a new version of the 1983 Mike Oldfield hit “Moonlight Shadow” by Canal Pop feat. Polette. The song has already been released in 2012 as the b-side of the single “Electricity”, but the artist was not happy with that version.

“The version released in 2012 was not finished, we were working on it and a hard disk crashed so I had to use the only mix I had”, says Emiliano Canal, AKA Canal Pop. “Luckily enough, we were able to recover the original files and make a new version, the way I originally wanted it so sound”.

As usual, the song features the whole Canal Pop production package: carefully produced amazing female vocals and a synth-lead infectious rhythm that makes people want to dance.

08/ 2012 New single by Canal Pop: Electricity

Canal Pop releases "Electricity" as a single, backed with a cover of "Moonlight Shadow". 

"Electricity" was chosen by Canal Pop to be released as a single from the EP High Class Girls & Lo Fi Boys. The single contains a B side, a version of the 80's hit by Mike Oldfield "Moonlight Shadow". 

In 2011 the song "Electricity" was included in the Face The Beat compilation released by Side-Line/ Alfa Matrix, Belgium, being Canal Pop the only Argentinean artist.

The single will be an exclusive Bandcamp.com release until September 24, 2012 at US$ 0.99. Then it'll be available at the rest of the digital stores.

"Electricity" fue elegido por Canal Pop para ser lanzado como single del EP High Class Girls & Lo Fi Boys. El single contiene un lado B, una versión del hit de los '80 de Mike Oldfield "Moonlight Shadow". 

En 2011 la canción "Electricity" formó parte de la compilación Face The Beat lanzada por Side-Line/ Alfa Matrix, Bélgica, siendo Canal Pop el unico representante argentino.
